Spencer is a recruiting expert and the founder of the Spencer Campbell Talent Agency, where he supports mission-driven leaders to find roles where they can make a difference. Before starting the agency, Spencer was a VP of Talent Acquisition and has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and recruiting operations. He's interviewed over 1,000 people and helped hundreds of people land a meaningful job as a recruiter, hiring manager, team leader, and executive. He started his career volunteering in Ghana with the Peace Corps and has a deep passion for helping others thrive.

Dan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and the founder of Contempus Leadership. He works with leaders and teams worldwide to make the impact they really want. Dan previously led highly rated, multimillion-dollar leadership and organizational development programs and has earned both an MA in Organizational Leadership & Learning and an MBA. He is the author of The Career Design Map, host of the Forward-Looking Leadership podcast, and serves on the advisory board of the PRIME Coaching Academy.

Be Represented - How it Works
When you win, we win
Our total fee is 20% of your new first-year gross (pre-tax) salary. For example, if you sign a $100k/year contract, our total fee would be $20k.
We’ve strongly aligned our incentive with yours: to land you a breakthrough job offer with the highest possible compensation.
All payments made during the search are credited toward this 20% total fee.
Payment Schedule
1.) $2,250 payment to begin.
Refundable up to 30 days into your search. If you decide to stop working together after 30 days, we will retain the payment and you will owe nothing further.
2.) $2,250 due at job offer.
This second payment is due only after you've signed the job offer.
3.) Remainder of fee due within your first year of the new job.
We’ll work out an interest-free payment plan with you once you start collecting your new paycheck.
