What investments are you making in yourself, both as a leader and a person? This is where Steve can help.

Be you, but greater. This is his coaching belief. It means not trying to change who you are but focusing on the authentic you and embracing it. It also means recognizing you are already a good leader, but by striving to be a greater leader, we can increase that good while minimizing barriers.

Steve holds an Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation.

Amy Ruppert DOnovan, MCC

A pioneer and seasoned leader in professional coaching, Amy understands the many challenges and realities that come with leadership.

Unfortunately, there’s no cookie cutter training or development path that can prepare rising leaders for navigating those murky waters. That’s where Amy comes in.

A Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Amy brings over 25 years of executive coaching experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial, tech, manufacturing, legal, academia and government. She has coached leaders at all levels, from the emerging leader to the C-Suite in all facets of leadership.
